The UP Academic Staff

The purpose of this project is to highlight the key problems faced by each UP academic unit. We intend to do this through exhaustive interviews with the leaders of these units (Deans) and professors with critical stances within them, and ultimately with the UP leadership: the Rectorate, the Senate and the Steering Council. So we will conduct about 40 interviews, of which we will produce a report of about 40 pages, with recommendations on the measures to be taken to solve these problems by the Steering Council, the Senate and the Rectorate, as well as the Kosova Assembly (Education Committee) and the Government of Kosova (Ministry of Education).
